Hi I’m Dale Wallace, owner & founder of DoTheWorkHQ & also known as ‘The DoTheWork Coach’.
I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2009 and with over 30,000 hours of coaching experience helping clients with their health, fitness, confidence, mindset & mental health/wellbeing, I’ve seen it all. I’m here to help ladies of Preston & South Ribble to grow the confidence to wear that dress again, to feel amazing in their swimwear and to stop avoiding photos with your loved ones.
In my 15 years in the fitness industry, I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their bodies but most importantly their confidence, their health, and their view of ‘dieting’ and ‘exercising’ forever. I’m committed to helping my clients achieve things they never thought possible both in and out of the gym.
